What we collect
- What you send us. When you use a form, we receive what you type: name, email, and optionally phone, business, website, the services you are interested in, your message and, on the audit page, your self-check score. We use it only to reply to you and to provide the services you ask about.
- Analytics and advertising data. This site uses the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms) and Google Analytics, which use cookies and similar technologies to record page visits and actions such as form submissions and taps on our phone number. We use this to measure our marketing and to show our ads to people who have visited this site. Meta and Google process this data under their own privacy policies.
- Server logs. Our web host keeps standard logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security and troubleshooting.
What we don’t do
We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t share what you type into our forms with advertisers.
Your choices
- Block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use a content blocker.
- Manage ad preferences in your Meta and Google account settings, or opt out of interest-based ads at optout.aboutads.info.
- Install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
- Ask us to access, correct or delete the information you sent us: email hello@hagensmedia.com.
How long we keep it
When you send a form, your message is emailed to us and a copy is kept in a private file on our web server that is not publicly accessible, so no enquiry is lost if an email goes astray. We keep form messages as long as needed to respond and to run our business relationship with you, then delete them when they are no longer needed.
Children
This site is for businesses and isn’t directed at children under 13.
